Attorney, leases and disputes

I like the moment a problem is written down in plain words. Once it is, most disputes get smaller.

I handle the leases, supplier contracts and disagreements that arrive after the doors open. Some owners come to me before they sign, and some after a notice lands. I would rather meet the first group, but I am glad to meet either.

I work from the Fort Lauderdale office, close to the courthouse, and I take mediation seriously as a way to settle a matter without one.

Mornings and Sundays

I swim most mornings and I cook for my family on Sundays, usually from a recipe that fits on an index card. I like instructions that work.
