What this site collects, why, and what we do with it.

What you send us

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the office you chose and the message you write. We use that only to answer you and to open a file if you become a client.

What the site records

Like most sites, this one records basic visit information, such as which pages were opened and what kind of device was used, so we can see what is useful. It does not identify you by name.

Who sees it

Your message is read by the firm’s lawyers and staff. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing. We may share them with a service that helps us run the site, under terms that limit how it can use them.

How long we keep it

A message from someone who does not become a client is kept only as long as needed to reply and to meet our own record duties. A client’s file is kept as long as the rules for lawyers require.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete a message that is not part of a client file. Write to hello@amankwahlaw.com or call any office.
